REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SALES TO FOREIGNERS

NOW IS LEGALIZED BY THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT

Due to the recent developments in regulation for real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey; the 2,5 hectares limitation for real estate purchases of foreigners shall be increased to 30 hectares. Additionally, according to the Act Number 6302 amending article 35 of the “Turkish Deed Act”, the principle of reciprocity will no longer be taken into consideration for real estate sales to foreigners.
